Description

Our client is looking for a diverse and talented DNC Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology Team. The DNC Systems Administrator provides setup, maintenance, and support for application software, hardware infrastructure, and connectivity to shop floor CNC machines. This support will ensure accessibility, reliability, and change control in support of business users.

Duties

  • Work is completed on a Manufacturing Shop floor with CNC machines.

  • Provide administrative support to centralized machines on the network.

  • Train and learn shop floor software applications.

  • Install and validate application software on Microsoft/SQL Application and Database servers.

  • Implement Patches and Upgrades to existing software.

  • Execute automation scripting.

  • Interact with diverse end-users and coach users as needed.

  • Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical people.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Shop floor experience with CNC machines is nice to have.

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Manufacturing Shop Floor environment.

  • Will train on 1st shift for 3 months.

  • After 3-month training will work a 3rd shift schedule.

  • Ability to interact with divers populations.

  • Ability to translate technical terms to non-technical users.

Interviews & Start Date

  • 2-step interview process.

  • 1st-Step is HR Screening.

  • 2nd-Step is a Technical Interview.

  • Interviews: January 14 - January 24.

  • Start Date: February 10, 2025

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $22.00
