Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various manual labor tasks, including heavy lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and cleaning work areas

• Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions (exposed to elements)

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

• Assist with setting up and breaking down job sites

• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in a general labor or similar role

• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks and handle heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
