Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and managing the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules

• Oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and facilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing training and support

• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address issues

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations

• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs

• Handle emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in maintenance management is a plus

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
