Lake City Bank One-Call Center ITM Banker; Warsaw, IN in Warsaw, Indiana

Are you a friendly, customer-service oriented individual interested in working for a company that cares about your future? Do you like to serve others by using your excellent listening and problem solving skills? As a One-Call Center ITM Banker at our Warsaw based call center you will:

  • Assume a teller role through video link with customers
  • Efficiently and accurately complete transactions submitted through the ITM while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Refer bank products and services to fill your customers needs

Basic Qualifications Include:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Accuracy and the ability to follow established bank proceduresand policies
  • Proficient personal computer skills including experience in Microsoft Office and Windows
  • One year of banking experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 10:00-7:00 (Sometimes covering the 7:00-4:00 or 8:30-5:30 shifts)
  • Saturday: 8:00-1:00 (Work 2 or 3 Saturdays per month)
