Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Augmented and Virtual Reality System Administrator to join our team in the DMV area . Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) System Administrator is responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of AR/VR technologies. Their specific responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining hardware and software components. They also maintain and update end user and system-level documentation. They collaborate with stakeholders, assist in implementing process improvements driven by end user feedback, and monitor their effectiveness. The AR/VR System Administrator takes direction from more senior personnel and must have knowledge and experience with AR/VR systems.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience (within the last seven years) planning, directing, coordinating, and managing proposed methodologies and approach for a project or program similar in size, scope, and complexity. This includes managing multiple places of performance and a dispersed workforce; frequent procurement of materials and equipment; and employee relations (including subcontractors, cost, budget, and managing to milestones).

  • High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree

  • A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Systems, or related discipline.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations .
