Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking an Evaluator to support the Land Systems Operational Test Authority (LSOTA).

The evaluator is responsible to the OTED for ensuring all T&E functions are integrated into the operational evaluation strategy, evaluation plan, and evaluation report to determine operational effectiveness, operational suitability and cyber resilience.

Contractor with DHS Level III certification in T&E. The Evaluator is usually responsible for the Operational Effectiveness (OE) determination portion of a T&E program and coordinates the efforts of the T&E analysts on the team (HSI, RAM, Cyber Resiliency, etc.). The Evaluator ensures that the formal planning and reporting documents contain appropriate inputs from the entire T&E team.

BS or BA degree and 20 years' experience or an MS or MA degree and 15 years' experience

Clearance : Must be able to acquire a CBP BI.

Location: CBP

Travel: The Contractor will be authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and the limitation of funds specified in this contract.
