As our Global Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Manager, you will take on a broad range of responsibilities, including consulting, driving engagement in all global L&D initiatives, program management, change management and facilitation. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on various learning and capability development matters for our hyperscale global cloud business. In this key role, you will take on multiple responsibilities. Leveraging your expertise as a Subject Matter Expert with a demonstrated track record in Learning and Development within large-scale multinational organizations, you will provide consultation, lead program planning and development, foster collaboration with stakeholders and employees, analyze program success through metrics, review content, oversee program execution, and offer coaching support.

This role is located in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.
Responsibilities
You will be involved in the entire employee learning journey, from conducting learning/capability needs analysis, understanding unique needs to designing customized solutions, and facilitation of learning experiences. Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal and external partners, utilizing your program management and consulting skills to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
You bring a hands-on approach, actively contributing to the execution of business initiatives and driving successful implementation. You excel at designing learning strategies and delivering engaging, interactive skills training sessions that resonate with learners. Additionally, you possess the confidence and communication skills to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
To further enhance your impact, you demonstrate a keen eye for identifying emerging learning trends and possess expertise in coaching.
Develops, guides, and manages learning programs and initiatives for relevant audiences by identifying organizational needs, securing resources, evangelizing with senior stakeholders, and prioritizing work.
Leads the implementation of core learning programs and systems at a global level.
Represents the organization as a thought leader in L&D area when reviewing learning and development solutions and best practices in the industry with internal and external clients.
Drives the use of data to evaluate relationships and trends across data, create and tell the data story, define capability gaps for the business, improve benchmarking, and drive learning priorities through learner-centric methodology.
Exemplifies best practices in identifying and developing relationships with key stakeholders/partners across audiences, business units, or verticals/industries to represent their learning-related needs.
Additionally, you will create a cohesive network that promotes learning opportunities within our global cloud business. Through targeted learning strategies, you will cultivate and nurture engagement with various learning programs, fostering interest and participation from employees, and actively seeking feedback and insights and metrics reporting.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience in L&D or management consulting, similar role as Global L&D Manager.
2+ years experience in leading global L&D initiatives, skilling programs, and consulting, with change management experience for global scale multinational companies.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Critical thinking , analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyses complex issues, develop hypotheses and implementation of new strategic initiatives.
A natural coach and mentor with an ability to foster relationships with all levels of the organization to relate well with others, to listen effectively, and to help employees at all levels understand and live the core values.
A data driven decision-maker with the ability to advocate for investments in organizational culture strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives.
Ability to influence across various stakeholder groups across the organization.
Experience in-house consulting and facilitation capabilities are highly valued.
Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, be proactive and structured, effective time management, and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience in a fast-moving global industry, commercial environment, professional services, technology, management consulting industry is a plus.
Internationally recognized Professional Coaching (e.g., International Coaching Federation), Project and/or Program Management Professional, or a similar certificate.
Integrated Learning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
