We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant. As an Accountant with 3-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various accounting functions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, and overall fiscal health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting and will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Being skilled in Excel and an Accounting ERP software is also desirable.

salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and summaries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.

• Oversee and manage the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.

• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections.

• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
