• Description Noblis is seekingAir Traffic Controllers/ ATCSpecialiststo support the FederalAviationAdministration (FAA)Air TrafficSystems andSurveillance Services directorates withinthe ProgramManagement Organization (PMO). Employees willprovidesenior level air traffic control systemexpertisetoassistthe FAA in coordinating activities with air traffic requirements and operations personnel. Responsibilities

• Provide expert analysis to the FAA to support the development of site implementation and transition planning for National and Regional, Facilities and Equipment, and Capital Investment Plan projects.

• Provide expert analysis to the FAA to helpidentify, analyze, coordinate, resolve, and report the resolution of implementation issues generated by Capital Investment Plan projects.

• Coordinating support for required technical interchange meeting support and various program reviews.

• Coordinating workgroup activities for En Route and Oceanic program offices;assistingin air traffic requirements development.

• Assistingwith requirements verification and tracking for new En Route, Oceanic,and Terminal Air Traffic Control tools and systems.

• Assistingwithidentifyingpotential inconsistencies and usability issues as they relate to anyATC systemchanges.

• System/ subsystem specifications analysis to ensure air traffic operational concerns are addressed and assuring all technical requirements are included.

• Presenting recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements.

• Demonstrate subject matterexpertisein air traffic control procedures, equipment, facilities, terminology and technology to business case and Investment, Planning, and Analysis teams.

• Assistingin training requirements development.

• Classifying and summarizing data for the preparation and submission of reports on a recurring basis.

• Communicate complex knowledge of air traffic control to diverse audiences and in a manner that supports a wide range of analysis.

• Interfacing with user teams, system engineers and other programpersonnelas necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Successfully pass an FAA background investigation/verification and receive a successful final suitability determination.

• Air traffic control technical and operational work experience as a domestic or oceanic air traffic controller in an En Route & Oceanic or Terminal operational environment.

• Relevant training and/or certifications as an Air Traffic Controller.

• Knowledge ofAir Traffic Control, Navigation,Flight Information, and Automation systems such as ERAM, TAMR, STARS,ASDE-X, ADS-B, ASOS,TFMS, TFDM, and TBFM.

• Acquisition and program management experience for FAA program offices or similar organizationsisrequiredforLevel II and abovepositions.

Educational and Experience Requirements

Work experience that is not relevant to the labor category definition will not be considered in the "Years of Relevant Experience" calculation.

Level V:

20+ years ofAir Traffic Control (ATC) active, full performance level experiencewithcompletion ofHigh School/diploma.

Bachelor's degreein anyfield may be substituted for5years’ experience.

Compensation Ranges - D.C. and NJ:$132,000 - $206,250

Level IV:

15-19years ofAir Traffic Control (ATC) active, full performance level experiencewith completion of High School/diploma.

Bachelor's degreein anyfield may be substituted for5years’ experience.

Compensation Ranges - D.C. and NJ:$90,300 - $141,075

Level III:

10-14years ofAir Traffic Control (ATC) active, full performance level experiencewith completion of High School/diploma.

Bachelor's degreein anyfield may be substituted for5years’ experience.

Compensation Ranges - D.C. and NJ: $74,500 - $116,425

Level II:

6-9years ofAir Traffic Control (ATC) active, full performance level experiencewith completion of High School/diploma.

Bachelor's degreein anyfield may be substituted for5years’ experience.

Compensation Ranges - D.C. and NJ:$56,000 - $87,500

Level I:

5years ofAir Traffic Control (ATC) active, full performance level experiencewith completion of High School/diploma.

Bachelor's degreein anyfield may be substituted for5years’ experience

Compensation Ranges - D.C. and NJ: $56,000 - $87,500

Work Posture is customer driven and subject to change

*Locations may vary depending on location of the project.  Some primary on-site locationsinclude:Washington D.C., Egg Harbor NJ, and Oklahoma City OK.

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
