ASRC Federal Holding Company Business Systems Functional Analyst (Maximo) in Washington, District Of Columbia

JOB OVERVIEW:

ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences, LLC is seeking a Maximo Business Systems Functional Analyst to support our customer.

They will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and configuring the IBM Maximo Asset Management system to meet the needs of the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of Maximo functionalities, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into effective system solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to asset management, work management, inventory, and procurement.

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement through Maximo solutions.

  • Develop business cases, process maps, and use cases to support system enhancements and project initiatives.

  • Configure Maximo applications to meet business requirements, including setting up workflows, security, and system integrations.

  • Design and implement Maximo functional solutions, including customizations and enhancements.

  • Work with technical teams to develop, test, and deploy Maximo configurations and customizations.

  • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure Maximo configurations meet business requirements and quality standards.

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or defects identified during the testing phase.

  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on Maximo functionalities and best practices.

  • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing any issues or questions related to Maximo.

  • Assist with the development of user manuals, documentation, and knowledge base articles.

  • Assist in managing Maximo-related projects, including coordinating with project teams, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.

  • Provide status updates and project reports to stakeholders and management.

  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Recommend and implement enhancements to maximize the effectiveness of Maximo within the organization.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of experience, or nine (9) years of experience with no degree.

CLEARANCE LEVEL:

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. (US Citizenship is required to obtain a government security clearance)

CERTIFICATION(S):

  • IBM Certified Deployment Professional – in Maximo Manage v8.0 or latest version is required within the first 90 days after being hired.

  • Security+ Certification is a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Hybrid, Work Location: At the Pentagon and other Government facilities within the NCR two days a week. With telework 2-3 days a week with customer approval. May require additional in office work depending on work requirements.

We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages. This position is offering a pay range of $130,000 to $155,000 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. Benefits offered may include healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
