We are looking for a Collaboration Support Specialist with experience in general administration and support, content management, and business process automation capabilities within the M365 (SharePoint, Teams, PowerAutomate). Experience with using and configuring Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) platforms is a plus

This position can be located in our Washington, DC or Richmond, VA office and offers a schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior M365 and Atlassian resources by providing Tier 1/2 troubleshooting

  • Work with Senior team members in configuration of M365 and Atlassian Sites, Projects, and other services

  • Author and maintain technical documentation and user-guides

  • Participate in the planning and delivery of training with tips, tricks, and best practices.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new O365/SharePoint Online based initiatives (new development, upgrades, third-party solutions, and integration with enterprise systems)

  • Identify new areas and business processes where M365/SharePoint or Atlassian tools can be leveraged and facilitate continual process improvement

  • Solve project and ad-hoc support issues.

  • Perform O365/SharePoint and Atlassian support and provide guidance and mentorship to Service Desk team.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not for profit university or college

  • 3+ years of direct experience with Microsoft 365 providing general administration and support.

  • Must possess a good understanding of the core M365 services

  • Understanding of various M365, add-on services and their licensing

  • Tier 1/2 troubleshooting

  • Set up sites/teams

  • Permissions management

  • Certification and/or be able to demonstrate their understanding and experience with the topics covered in MS-900

  • Working knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) and SSO tools such as Azure AD, PingID, OneLogin, and Okta

  • Experience developing technical documentation.

  • Outgoing and consultative demeanor, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability/desire to work with both technical and non-technical business stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail when setting up resources according to complex documentation.

  • A track record of commitment to prior employers

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

  • MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Certification

  • Direct experience with Jira and Confluence as a power user and general administrator.

  • Ability to set up projects in Atlassian Cloud

  • Grant and remove access

  • Atlassian Certification ACP-120

  • Experience performing Tier 1/2 troubleshooting for end-users

This position offers a base salary range of $87,700-$129,500, based on relevant skills and experience, and includes a generous benefits plan.
