Summary:
The CRM Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of our Salesforce environment and Account Engagement operations. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Marketing to help create, develop, and implement processes, as well as provide end user support to our Ticketing, Corporate Partnership, Nationals Park Events, and Ballpark Tours teams. Additionally, this role will support email automation efforts as needed.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Work alongside manager as a primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment
Assist with all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Onboard and train new users on how to navigate through the platform and promote best practices
Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to all users, addressing issues, and ensuring smooth CRM operation
Support system updates and provide targeted recommendations on how to improve CRM platform in terms of page layouts, fields, campaigns, workflows, triggers, and validation rules based on business processes
Identify, define, maintain, and improve CRM workflows and system processes to increase efficiencies
Support Partnerships and Suites team by adding product assets, maintaining an efficient CRM process and assisting with automations to increase productivity
Assist Senior Manager, Sales Marketing with new business launch and renewal cycle process in Salesforce including, but not limited to creating new products, prices, and opportunities
Champion data quality, data accuracy, and data-driven decision making within the organization
Assist with creation, launch and maintenance of automated email campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement
Additional special projects as needed and assigned
Skills Required:
Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and key upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Highly proactive, detail oriented, and a quick learner with strong writing and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail
Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum two years of experience using Salesforce or similar CRM product
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Strong understanding of CRM best practices and sales processes
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience Preferred:
Salesforce Admin certification
Knowledge of SQL and extracting data from cloud storage
Compensation:
The projected annual salary range for this position is $49,826- $66,435 per year. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range.
