Offering cross-country sales consultation expertise and solutions, Premium's award-winning team has partnered with America's leading telecommunications company providing business internet, mobility, phone and other services, to bring innovation and custom solutions to businesses in key regions across the nation. This position is based out of the Maryland/DC/Virginia area, the hub for this national program.

Job Overview:

As a District Manager , you will lead a dynamic sales team focused on driving growth through door-to-door sales to small businesses in the telecommunications sector . Your leadership, and ability to build strong relationships will be critical in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

Experienced with a proven track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, as well as the ability to quickly adapt and deliver under pressure in dynamic environments.

We are looking for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, as well as the ability to quickly adapt and deliver under pressure in exceptional consultative sales techniques, working from a list of potential customers in each territory to promote our client's technology products which include Fiber Optic Internet Service, 5G/4G Internet Services, Business, and Cellphone Services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Set ambitious sales targets for your team and individual sales representatives.

  • Develop, coach, and manage a team of professionals who will visit Small Business customers in person to prospect for our client's technology products and services.

  • Identify the specific needs of companies and offer tailor-made solutions while offering impeccable customer service.

  • Organize and conduct weekly team meetings to develop strategies and provide coaching.

  • Use our client's proprietary system to assist with territory and funnel management.

  • Demonstrate optimism, integrity, and professionalism to represent our client.

  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead a regional team of sales professionals calling on local SMB units within prescribed regions.

  • Recruit, hire, train, develop, and coach an ambitious and results-driven team of sales professionals.

  • Achieve sales targets and goals within set timelines.

  • Mentor team members and provide on-going guidance and support.

  1. Business Development:
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers in small business accounts.

  • Manage negotiations of sales contracts.

  • Drive new product adoption and upselling opportunities.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other district managers, marketing teams, and senior management to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Collaborative with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven track record in door-to-door sales within the telecom industry .

  • 1-3 years of B2B experience in direct sales.

  • Entrepreneurial mentality, persistent, and motivated to achieve targets.

  • Proven track record and experience in consultative sales to small businesses.

  • Leadership experience in managing and fostering sales teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .

  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Physical Demands:

  • Both office and field-based, travel is required.

Compensation:

  • $60,000 - $70,000 annual salary, plus $30,000 variable bonuses based on performance with the ability to over-achieve.
