The Role

Field Service Representative (FSRs) provide technical expertise in support of our Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), based on their extensive Technical Expert experience, by embedding with users in classified environments up to the TS/SCI level to maximize platform capabilities. FSRs, as Technical Experts, provide customer instruction and support including front end user trainings, engineering/developer/technical trainings, and train-the trainer instruction and certification. FSRs also assist other Technical Experts (e.g. FDEs) by providing customer feedback on appropriate configuration and customization, assist in adapting and implementing data modeling and ontology to meet customer requirements, and supporting customer creation of enterprise-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and methodologies for most effective use of the Platform at scale across customer organizations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide desk-side training to analysts.

  • Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.

  • Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues.

  • Provide feedback to the engineering team about product.

What We Value

  • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.

  • Information management experience including data analysis and data integration.

  • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel as well hardware, networks, and server administration.

  • Prior experience with Palantir Gotham, Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is recommended.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

  • Ability to travel CONUS or OCONUS 25-50% of the time if needed.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel.

  • Previous military experience is recommended.
