Amentum is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to join our team in supporting the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) 1.0 in their mission to develop, deliver, and maintain advanced integrated warfare systems and technologies that provide naval warfighters with decisive advantages. The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the PEO IWS mission by providing support in the areas of program planning, execution, and control.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in T&E Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and other IWS related T&E forums with sponsors and stakeholders; provide technical support, coordinate logistics, prepare and transmit agendas, coordinate and provide briefing materials, prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items, and issue papers or other correspondence (both Classified and Unclassified).

• Coordinate, schedule and provide meeting logistics and services for all test planning and milestone meetings, IPTs, as well as test readiness reviews including: preparation and transmittal of agendas; briefing materials; meeting minutes and rosters confirming participation of SMEs; on-site handling and transmission of material (Unclassified or Classified); action item tracking and status reports regarding all items including action items – all in accordance with NAVSEA and PEO IWS Instruction(s).

• Coordinate logistics and applicable materials for all execution milestone meetings and associated readiness reviews.
