Description This Paralegal position is best suited to candidates who possess the ability to think critically while providing research and administrative support. Robert Half has an immediate position as a Paralegal for candidates with a passion for the legal field. Based in the Washington, District of Columbia area, this position is a permanent role. This role's duties will require you to be motivated, and exercise focus, good computer skills, and organizational qualities.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Data base management of all relevant documents

• Research and analysis of complex legal documents

• Methodical approach to handling substantial workload — ability to prioritize and organize effectively

• Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks Requirements - Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

• Commercial Litigation experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

• Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

• Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred
