Role: Paralegal - Patent Litigation

Salary: $80,000-110,000 depending on experience

Location: Washington DC - this is NOT a remote opportunity

We are seeking a mid-level Patent Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of patent litigation cases, from pre-complaint through appeal. This candidate must have experience with intellectual property and patent litigation. This is a full time, permanent/direct hire position with benefits and bonus available.

Duties/responsibilities include:

• eDiscovery/document production

• Appellate, Federal, and Local Rules application

• Trial courtroom assistance is strongly preferred - this role will require travel for trial

  Requirements

• College degree is required

• 3+ years of patent litigation experience is required

• Experience with efilings and familiarity with federal and local rules

• Experience with full cycle of patent litigation cases from pre complaint through the appeal

• ITC expereince

• USPTO experience
