The Senior Manager Product Manager will spearhead the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven support bot, enhancing OHAI's customer support services and healthcare solutions. This leader will play a pivotal role in advancing our commitment to using AI to streamline support interactions, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiencies.

Job Requirements:

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on healthcare IT and cloud-based technologies.

  • Demonstrated experience with Cerner systems and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

  • Knowledge of OHAI (Oracle Healthcare Applications & Infrastructure) framework and best practices.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and HITECH, and their implications for IT systems.

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive AI support bot strategy to improve customer support efficiency.

  • Leadership: Lead a team of AI engineers, data scientist, and machine learning specialists to build, deploy and optimize AI-based virtual support and tools.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and customer support teams to identify pain points, prioritize bot features, and drive seamless integration of AI solutions into OHAI products.

  • Technology Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and implement latest in NLP, machine learning, and AI technologies to enhance bot capabilities for understanding, problem-solving, and user interaction.

  • Customer-Centric Design: Ensure AI driven solutions meet user needs by understanding and analyzing customer journeys, pain points, and expectations.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Establish KPIs and leverage data analytics to assess bot performance, user satisfactions, and areas for improvement, continually iterating on solutions based on data insights.

  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all AI-driven solutions are compliant with healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA), OHAI security standards, maintaining privacy and data security.

  • Time Management: Manage resources and timelines effectively to meet strategic and operational goals.

  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices, positioning OHAI as an industry leader in AI-driven support in healthcare.

US: Hiring Range: from $97,400 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
