Your Career

The Professional Services Consultant - XSOAR specializes in the deployment, customization, and optimization of the Cortex XSOAR platform. This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for solving complex cybersecurity challenges. Senior Consultants independently lead large-scale projects, deliver tailored automation solutions, and play a pivotal role in designing service offerings that enhance security operations.

Your Impact

  • Lead Advanced Deployments - Manage and execute complex XSOAR platform deployment projects for enterprise clients, ensuring successful implementations tailored to customer requirements

  • Custom Playbook Development - Collaborate with clients to create bespoke playbooks and automation workflows addressing specific security challenges

  • Subject Matter Expertise - Serve as the go-to expert on XSOAR, providing thought leadership to customers and internal teams

  • Technical Troubleshooting - Independently identify root causes of technical issues, develop creative solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery

  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing - Guide junior team members, transferring knowledge and fostering professional growth

  • Service Offering Development - Contribute to the creation of methodologies, playbooks, and best practices to enhance the XSOAR Professional Services portfolio

Your Experience

Core Skills

  • Extensive experience in deploying and managing SOAR platforms, including deep knowledge of their architecture, components, and capabilities

  • Experience with Linux systems administration

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and/or JavaScript for custom integrations and advanced playbook development

  • Advanced understanding of APIs and the ability to integrate XSOAR with a wide range of security tools and infrastructure components

  • Expertise in designing and implementing complex security use cases to streamline security operations

  • Strong foundation in security concepts, frameworks, and compliance standards, with the ability to provide strategic guidance

Specialized Skills

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale XSOAR platform deployments for enterprise clients

  • Architectural expertise in designing scalable, secure, and performance-optimized XSOAR solutions

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security services

  • Deep understanding of incident response processes, including triage, investigation, and remediation

  • Proficiency in infrastructure and network design principles

  • Experience developing and delivering technical training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer programs

  • Top Secret Clearance

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $114000 - $157500/YR.
