• Background

  The Staff Acquisition Group (SAG) within HRS provides recruitment, staffing, and onboarding support to Federal customers across Government through reimbursable agreements. These services are aligned with the Human Capital Business Reference Model (HCBRM), which defines the end-to-end lifecycle of Federal Government Human Capital Management (HCM). In support of the Federal Chief Human Capital Officers’ (CHCO) vision of achieving government-wide common user experience, the HCBRM is the model to structure and standardize the Federal HCM.   Position Objective: Provide services as a Quality Assurance Lead in support of the overall functions of the United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Human Resources Solutions (HRS), Staff Acquisition Group (SAG), Talent Acquisition Services (TAS) II. The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our federal HR services. This role involves verifying that all deliverables meet the required standards and leading quality improvement initiatives. The Quality Assurance Lead will work closely with HR specialists to achieve quality objectives.

  Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance Processes:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and methodologies.

• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Training and Mentorship:

• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices.

• Lead a team of HR specialists in achieving quality objectives.

• Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical federal HR knowledge to verify achievement of Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs).

  Basic Qualifications:

• Shall hold a Delegated Examining certification at start of performance

• Must possess subject matter expertise in USA Staffing®.

• Strong technical knowledge of federal HR processes and regulations.

• Skilled in quality control methodologies and detail-oriented.

• Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead teams.

  Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with non-technical and technical staff

• Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects

• Shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
