Job Description

  • Provide program analysis, strategic planning, resource management support, operational and program oversight support for sub-components of M&RA. Conduct program oversight, strategic planning, resource management, financial analysis, and quality activities to ensure contract performance meets Government standards and that program resource applications are managed and align to DoD training and education strategy, policy, and direction. Conduct strategic planning and forecasting for training, education, readiness, and any other program as required by M&RA, including but not limited to job skills training, institutional training, live/virtual/constructive training programs. Provide quality control activities Provide knowledge management and configuration control support for M&RA

  • Assist with the review and development in research, analytical, and computational analyses to complement DoD finance, budget, statistics, programmatic data, information reports, and other assessments. In addition, the Contractor will research, evaluate, and provide analyses of independent studies, policy, and programmatic documents that relate to M&RA requirements. The contractor will assist with strategic-level analyses and research on military and socioeconomic trends to inform government decision making and derive current and future manpower requirements.

  • Provide programmatic analysis and planning support in DoD Policy issuances. The contractor will develop, draft, revise, and manage the coordination process for DoD policy issuances, including instructions, directives, and directive-type memoranda prepared for approval by the USD(P&R) or the Deputy Secretary of Defense. The Contractor will maintain up-to-date familiarity with the DoD Issuance Process overseen by the Executive Services Directorate. The contractor will support activities as directed in support of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness' responsibly to “establish policy to oversee integrated M&RA operations that promote interoperability with non-DoD stakeholders.”

  • Provide program analysis, research, and resource management support for all facets of the Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBES) process
