Job Summary:

• Lead the architecture design and development of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational objectives.

• Define technical requirements, solution design options, and architecture patterns for ServiceNow implementations.

• Conduct technical workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architectures.

• Provide expertise on ServiceNow platform capabilities, features, and best practices to guide solution design and implementation.

• Develop architectural artifacts, such as solution blueprints, data models, and integration designs, to document and communicate technical solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate ServiceNow modules, applications, and technologies to meet business needs.

• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in IT service management (ITSM) and ServiceNow ecosystem and assess their applicability to existing architectures.

• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on ServiceNow platform roadmap, future enhancements, and architectural improvements.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience as a solution architect in ServiceNow implementation projects.

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.

• Ability to design end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices.

• Experience leading technical workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews.

• Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes and ITIL framework.

• Familiarity with ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to mentor and guide development teams on best practices and design principles.

• Minimum of eight years of experience as a solution architect in IT service management or a related field.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred.

• Experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
