Robert Half Sr. Administrative Assistant in Washington, District Of Columbia

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Administrative Assistant in Washington, District of Columbia. As an integral part of our team, the Sr. Administrative Assistant will be primarily responsible for providing support to our training department, maintaining our database, and managing documents. This role is within the industry and will involve the use of various skills including ADP - Financial Services, Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, and Concur amongst others.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to the training coordinator, ensuring smooth operations within the department.

• Administer the maintenance of our database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Manage and organize files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly stored.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat for various administrative tasks.

• Coordinate and schedule meetings via Cisco Webex Meetings, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.

• Utilize CRM for customer relationship management activities.

• Handle the administration of ADP - Financial Services and Concur for financial and expense management.

• Assist in the development and management of Banner Ads, contributing to our marketing efforts.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills in all interactions, ensuring clear and effective communication within and outside the team.

• Manage the team's calendar, scheduling meetings and conference calls as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads

• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for conducting and coordinating online meetings

• Proficiency in using Concur for travel and expense management

• Experience in utilizing CRM software for managing relationships and interactions with customers

• Proficiency in About Time for mobile resource management

• Understanding of Budget Processes and ability to contribute to budget planning and implementation

• Experience in Calendar Management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral

• Experience in coordinating and managing Conference Calls.
