Sr. Analyst & Task Lead - TS/SCI US Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a qualified Sr. Analyst to serve as a Task Lead in support of an Enterprise Screening & Vetting contract. Supporting the ICE Visa Security Mission, you will lead a team that provides the full range of administrative and analytical services to assist our customers in processing vetting requests for US Visa applicants. Analyst work requires research of a subject’s personal information, analysis of case information, and preparation of relevant information within reports and/or response codes sent back to validate the approval or denial of ones application to enter the United States. Location: National Capital Region.

Clearance: Active TS with SCI Eligibility

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of analysts performing a screening & vetting mission, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Oversee the daily operations of the screening and vetting program, ensuring alignment with ICE objectives.

• Monitor program performance and implement improvements to meet or exceed operational goals.

• Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and ICE policies.

• Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

  Minimum Requirements:

• TS/SCI

• Bachelor's degree and seven (7) or more years of hands–on personnel vetting or related intel analyst experience

• Experience supporting government agencies, preferably within the context of national security or law enforcement.

• Supervisory experience (more than 10 subordinates)

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Certification (PMP or similar)

• Supervisory experience (more than 25 subordinates)

• Experience with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement systems and vetting processes.
