Responsibilities You will serve as a Supervisory Lead Logistician/Product Support Manager position for a Team Submarine Program Office. You will lead and supervise the planning, coordination, and/or evaluation of the product support actions required to support a specified mission, weapons system, or other designated program. You will manage the package of support functions required to field and maintain the readiness and operational capability of major weapon systems, subsystems, and components. You will utilize predictive analysis and modeling tools to define and/or improve product support. You will develop and implement product support strategies integrating functions of design to cost, product support analyses, maintenance planning, provisioning, sustainment, modernization, and readiness to meet operational availability thresholds. You will develop updates to manning documentation and plans. You will perform and oversee training analyses to include requirements assessments for new/modified systems and the analysis and development of new/modified training devices. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinating or managing logistical resources for submarine systems and components. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
