We pride ourselves on introducing youth to the workplace and teaching foundation life skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, guest service, and food safety sanitation. In addition to that, we have an education strategy that can help you learn English, finish high school, and get free advising services.

Job Requirements:

As part of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting guests with a smile and being a genuinely nice human being

  • Taking accurate food orders from the guests

  • Serving guests in the dining room

  • Ensuring the restaurant is stocked and cleaned to start the next day

  • Partnering with other staff to meet target goals during your shift

As a 16/17-year-old employee, you will be more limited in your job description than other McDonald’s employees. During the summer you will be allowed to work a maximum of 38 hours per week. During the school year, you will be allowed to work a maximum of 26 hours per week.
