Trinity Health is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a dynamic and passionate Interim RN Manager to lead our Women’s & Children’s Department . In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure the highest standards of patient care, and inspire our dedicated team of nurses during a crucial period of transition. We’re seeking a leader with a strong background in Labor and Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum, Well Baby Nursery and NICU care who can confidently manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities while driving excellence in patient outcomes.

MINIMIUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree required (BSN); a Master’s degree in health care administration or business administration preferred.

  • Registered Nurse RN License in state of CT

  • Five to seven (5-7) years’ experience in progressive leadership roles in a comprehensive service line business and/or integrated health system.

  • Advanced skills and training in financial analysis, budgeting, planning, physician practice operations, and relevant computer applications.

  • Experience collaborating closely with physicians and proven ability to gain trust and credibility.

Pay is $3200.00 gross weekly with travel provided if 60+ miles from facility.
