QPS Employment Group has partnered with a busy company in Allison, Iowa to find Painters! We are seeking experienced painters who will be responsible for proficiently performing painting tasks to ensure industrial parts are painted to expectancy. This is an associate to hire opportunity with the ability to get hired on after probation period has been completed; benefits also included such as health, vision, and attendance bonuses.

Painter Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding requirements - Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to join metal components - Inspect welds for defects and make necessary repairs - Maintain safety standards and cleanliness in the welding area

Painter Requirements: - Experience with welding in a manufacturing or fabrication environment - Proficient in reading blueprints - Strong knowledge of welding techniques - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Pass a weld test at the time of interview
