Job Description

We are looking to add an Assembler to our operations here at Trek. Trek is a lifestyle bicycle brand which takes a different approach to distribution and its team. With no night shift operations we understand the value of your time and the balance one needs in life. We want someone who can embrace fun while understanding the importance of delivering the highest level of performance on a consistent basis. Job Duties:

  • Refer to chart to determine accurate parts, models.

  • General material handling of parts.

  • Visually inspecting parts.

  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

  • Install parts using air and hand tools.

  • Adhere to established operational processes to maintain efficiency and consistency

    Experience/Qualifications:

  • Prior mechanical or assembly experience.

  • Previous experience working with hand tools.

  • Ability to communicate and get along with a diverse population

  • Mechanically inclined and proven problem-solving skills.

  • Present a strong customer service focus.

  • Ability to multitask and change focus as needed.

  • Brings a positive attitude and get stuff done fast approach.

  • Cross train across various areas/departments

  • Collaborates with team members

    Working Conditions:

  • Ability to stand and use hands for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
