Due to the continued growth of the practice, we are adding a family practitioner to support our rural community. About the Opportunity: Call is 1 in 5 via phone only, shared between Watertown and Oconomowoc Clinics. Hospital admissions are managed by our hospitalist team at ProHealth Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, ensuring continuity of care. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on injury care, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Prescribe and administer medications, vaccinations, and health advice. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, plan follow-up visits, and refer patients to specialists when necessary. Lead and collaborate with care teams, contributing to the clinic\'s commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Qualifications: M.D. or D.O. degree. Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine. Licensed by the Wisconsin Medical Board. Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and patient-centered approach. Passionate about providing care to a general patient base, including those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and medically underserved populations.
