The Opportunity:

  • Responsible for delivery of projects with multiple systems within the Quality, Regulatory and Engineering domains.

  • Provides in-depth technical expertise & direction in the development and support of client area application systems/programming requirements and processes (e.g. new, enhancements or maintenance), in the preparation of application system specifications, and in the development, testing, and implementation of efficient, cost effective application solutions.

What you will work on:

  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures .

  • Serve as technical expert or lead project technical resources to develop, test and implement significant new products, or operational improvements or devise new approaches to problems at the division/business unit.

  • Conduct investigation activity/research and give technical advice to the adoption or integration of new technologies and their business impact.

  • Lead in the development of standards and procedures and publish/communicate findings via IOI’s, presentations, white papers, etc.

  • Review, validate & enhance design, conduct performance monitoring and capacity planning; install, test and upgrade releases and associated products and participate in the planning of these activities/efforts.

  • Evaluate & recommend new software, utilities, and tools.

  • Set the strategy for implementing new technologies.

  • In specialized systems (in the document/change management and learning space) effectively set options to change the way the program works (configuration responsibilities).

Minimum Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer engineering.

  • Overall 8+ years of IT experience.

  • 5 years of developing and implementing technical strategies.

  • Experience with Content Management and Engineering Drawing Management Applications.

  • Experience with the multiple technologies like SOLID Works, Documentum, OpenText Content Suite, TrackWise , Veeva Vault, Manhattan, Meridian Engineering Document Management.

  • Experience in Network, Application and Security Monitoring Tools.

  • Experience with Facility and Space Management Applications.

  • Experience with Site Security Applications.

  • Experience implementing software within a structured Quality based SLC process.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience implementing both on-premises and SaaS systems .

  • Understanding of the business processes related Quality, Regulatory, Environmental Health & Safety and Building security systems

The base pay for this position is $83,000.00 – $166,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
