As an Assistant Property Manager, you would be responsible for assisting with various aspects of property management, including leasing, resident relations, and administrative tasks. Boasting more than 35 communities across Wisconsin and Illinois, with numerous upcoming projects, the opportunities are boundless, and the journey promises excitement. Key Responsibilities: Lead FRED\'s lease renewal process and community retention initiatives through ongoing relationship management and organizing resident events. Manage lease process, including leasing, application assistance, screening, lease preparation and move ins, with accuracy ensuring new resident satisfaction and that target occupancy levels are met. Oversee delinquencies and initiate the eviction process when necessary, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations to maintain financial balance of the property. Play a key role in accounting and financial matters, e.g., collecting rent, posting payments, uploading invoices and updating monthly financial statements. Assist with social media and other marketing campaigns, contributing to our property\'s visibility and reputation. General Requirements: Prior experience in property management, sales, banking, teaching or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Experience with property management software preferred. Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided). Reliable vehicle, valid driver\'s license with good driving record, and auto insurance. Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate how fantastic it is to live at one of FRED\'s properties. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
