JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Details Job Location Wisconsin Centrifugal - Waukesha, WI Salary Range \$27.56 - \$41.35 Hourly Description We are looking for a first shift Electrical Lead to oversee electrical maintenance, repair, and operations. Responsibilities include directing and instructing employees, assisting in the determination of work priority, and the coordination of preventative maintenance and repairs. This position will also be responsible for coordinating with operating departments, assisting with troubleshooting, spearheading employee training and will perform Industrial Electrician duties when needed. Qualifications Candidates for this opportunity should have a strong industrial electrical background including relevant work experience and, preferably, formal trade/technical education. Demonstrated leadership ability is a must. Experience in a supervisory capacity would be helpful.
