The Position: Human Resources Department Support Support the Learning & Development team with employee training requirements, such as tracking attendance, communications and reminders for required training activities, and other off-season training needs. Partner with the HR Operations team on field recruitment activities, which may include job posting templates and hiring activities. Partner with HR Business Partners to catalog and update job descriptions. Support HR technology systems with employee information changes. Safety Department Support Partner with Safety Managers for the various Walbec Group companies on documentation and record-keeping for employee\'s physical fitness testing and job-related physical testing. Assist with creating packets of information that can be given to any employees to help with at-home stretching, exercise tips, and health-related resources. Improve the department\'s inventory of physical job descriptions. The Candidate: Pursuing or obtained a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Health, or related field. Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
