Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

Lead wing-to-wing execution of system level verification and validation to deliver high quality products to internal and external customers. This includes scoping requirements, designing functional and performance tests cases, overseeing test execution, test system allocation, test resource allocation and generating completed GE HealthCare standard quality reports to drive project delivery.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Ten (10) years of experience in information technology, systems software test development, quality assurance or a combination thereof. Work experience to include: Five (5) years of experience with project management and ability to lead wing-to wing execution of system level verification and validation; Five (5) years of experience scoping requirements, designing functional and performance tests cases, overseeing test execution, test system allocation, test resource allocation and generating completed standard quality reports to drive project delivery; Five (5) years of experience with Microfocus HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool; Quality management system and product development life cycles including defect management system; Working with IEC standards and DICOM standards; Five (5) years of experience in test automation and demonstrated ability to create automated tests using Squish and Selenium automation tool using Python; Delivering verification and validation plan that includes electromagnetic compatibility, reliability, serviceability, and usability plans; Agile Framework; Interacting with internal or external customers globally including clinical application specialists, quality assurance, regulatory assurance, technical leads, scientists, product managers and program managers to understand customer needs, quality framework requirements, country specific deliverables and timelines; Five (5) years of experience working with Computed Tomography systems and design of tests for complex CT clinical test scenarios and patient handling scenarios; Collaborating with technical development team, lead system designers and lead program integrators globally to scope verification content, define configurations and estimate system resources including hardware and testers; Driving defect management review boards and processing road maps for efficient test design and execution in line with business needs; and Tracking project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level and ensuring lessons learned are collected. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.
