Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in filter design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, specifically in the design and development of filters for various applications. Responsibilities:

  • Filter Design and Optimization:

  • Develop and optimize filters for diverse applications, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate filters into larger mechanical systems.

  • Prototype Development:

  • Create prototypes of filter designs for testing and validation purposes.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement necessary improvements.

  • Research and Development:

  • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies related to filtration.

  • Drive continuous improvement through innovative design solutions.

  • Testing and Validation:

  • Plan and execute rigorous testing protocols to validate filter performance.

  • Analyze test results and modify designs accordingly.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and testing reports per our ISO requirements.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations to the sales & engineering team.

  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including industrial engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

  • Provide technical support to various departments as needed.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on filter design.

  • Proficiency in CAD software for design and modeling.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

    Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with various filtration media and their applications.

  • Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools.

  • 2D and 3D CAD skills

  • Project management skills.
