Job Title: RN Program Manager

Job Description

The Registered Nurse/RN Program Manager is perfect for someone who enjoys leading while having the opportunity to provide some hands-on care, team collaboration, and being part of a mission-driven organization. The RN Program Manager manages fare for the elderly operations on site; ensures quality and compliance of care and service delivery. Works collaboratively with Leaders of the community to ensure quality of nursing care and service delivery provided to members. Serves as a consultant for the interdisciplinary team on member-specific issues as needed. Conducts and prepares quality assurance audits/studies. Works with the staff scheduler as needed to ensure continuity of member care and service. Provides orientation, ongoing training, and feedback to direct and matrix reports to ensure their job responsibilities and performance expectations are defined and understood. Responsible for Administrative tasks, Patient Care, and Program Oversight.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Waukesha, Wisconsin and some days remote.

Work Environment

Management role - Supporting a team that works traditional 1st shift and 3rd shift hours. They will manage their work schedule according to what they see fit and once fully trained could work remotely as needed as long as the team and program has what it needs from them.
