We seek a Regional Sales Manager for the Central USA, focused on the Municipal Water and Waste Water sectors of our business. Someone who can connect with our customers and efficiently manage the tasks necessary to identify, qualify and nurture sales through to close. This individual must be detail oriented, a good communicator, able to multi-task, and able to work independently to accomplish objectives in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities Driving Revenue growth in the region through identifying, qualifying and closing opportunities in the Municipal Water and Waste Water sector. Being in front of new and existing customers to accurately and completely understand their needs and the opportunity for our solutions. Managing existing customer relationships and increasing total spend within current accounts. Identifying, prospecting and bringing on board new accounts. Working the region through both direct sales and management of Manufactures representatives Participating in promotional events, tradeshows and industry associations in your region Ensuring the long-term success and efficiency of the territory by ensuring that Opportunities, Accounts and day to day information is accurately recorded in the CRM system. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in engineering, chemistry, process technology or relevant field Minimum 5 years of customer facing experience in strategic selling, business development or field applications in a Business-to-Business sales environment preferred Broad technical/ applicational experience in equivalent role in Waste Water/ Drinking Water required Skills Ability to quickly establish significant credibility, trust and support within all levels of the customers organization (technical and non-technical) Strong presence when speaking in front of customers or large groups Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commercial and...
