This role manages budgets, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains accurate training records while fostering collaborations with internal teams and community partners. Key responsibilities include facilitating simulation programs, supporting content development, and coordinating with the Workforce Training and Professional Development (WTPD) team to promote the center\'s offerings. The Operations Manager drives growth by expanding programs, cultivating partnerships, and implementing best practices in safety education. By delivering high-quality, impactful training experiences, this position supports the center\'s mission to advance community safety and address emerging needs.
