JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Administrator-Field Marketing Job Locations US-WI-Wausau ID 2024-23980 Company TDS Telecom Pay Range \$64,400.00 - \$104,700.00 Overview As the Senior Administrator - Field Marketing, you will be responsible for administering and supporting the initiatives developed by Field Marketing. This position will support consumer initiatives through local marketing activities and community development efforts within assigned markets. The Administrator takes guidance from the Manager and identifies and coordinates community involvement activities that develop and maintain TDS\'s brand while also generating sales opportunities for consumer products. This role is responsible for monitoring new development and working with the Manager to implement initiatives designed to build local community partnerships with Multiple Dwelling Unit (MDU) properties, developers/realtors, and other association-based entities. This position is responsible for identifying public relations opportunities and competitive threats in the communities supported. You will have the opportunity to work Hybrid, reporting out of the office 2-3 days a week. The pay range listed for this position represents the low and high end of the base compensation range. However, the base pay rate offered for this position is expected to be bewteen \$64,000 - \$74,000. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation.
