Job Summary: Service Account Manager is role is responsible for promoting and selling Bartingale offerings within an assigned territory, including expanding our customer base and driving growth. Engages with current and prospective clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored service solutions that meet and exceed expectations. This role work directly with our Service team focusing on the development of new and existing local and regional accounts. Requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a relationship based, target-driven environment. Experience/Education Requirements: Minimum three years\' experience working in customer service or sales role with proven relationship-building skills and commitment to customer service. Experience with development and maintenance of Customer Relations Management systems, opportunity tracking and reporting; preferred. Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing or building automations system knowledge; preferred. Well-developed communications skills: oral, written and presentation. Proficiency with computer applications including MSOffice; Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Valid state drivers\' license with ability to schedule local and regional travel to job sites and client locations on a regular basis Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Review and understand each current Service/PM contract. Build opportunities from existing accounts and increase \"pull through\" opportunities. Gather information about Service and Preventive opportunities/leads, qualify the opportunity and identify key personnel for initial interaction. Estimate and prepare proposals and field quotes for customer review and acceptance; solicit quantitative and qualitative feedback from service team to meet customer needs.
