Job Title: Plastic Injection Mold Operator

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Plastic Injection Mold Operator, where you will be responsible for installing and manipulating molds, setting up and shutting down processes according to specific guidelines, and maintaining machine operations to produce high-quality plastic components like ice scoops, nail polish holders, CD and DVD cases. You will also engage in expanding product lines for major brands. Your role will include cleaning presses, molds, and ensuring that all parts are in top condition.

Hard Skills

• Ability to use hoist or forklift

• Proficiency in setting up and shutting down molds

• Experience in machine operation and adjustment

• Capability to replace worn machine accessories

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail

• Manual dexterity

• Ability to follow complex instructions

Work Environment

Enjoy working in a climate-controlled, spacious environment with dedicated machine areas. Work shifts are available from Monday to Friday with differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The team sizes vary with approximately 20 on the 1st shift, and 15 each on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Dress code is casual, with pants or shorts allowed in summer, t-shirts, hair tied up, and steel-toed shoes required.
