Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, efficient Accounting Clerk to join our experienced finance team. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and managing our financial records, including sales, receipts, payments, and purchases. This role entails a range of tasks that ensure the company's accounting procedures run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions and record them in the company ledgers.

• Organize financial documents including invoices, bills, and receipts.

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information.

• Perform regular financial analysis, such as monthly balance sheets, income statements, and expense reports.

• Prepare bank deposits and manage general ledger coding.

• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounting process.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  Requirements

• Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk.

• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.

• Competency in Microsoft Office, databases, and accounting software.

• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Equivalent of a high school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred.
