Job Description Summary:

The Program Management team within the Commercial Solutions Insights Hub is responsible for executing and delivering large-scale projects for most of the largest life sciences\pharmaceutical companies in the world. We are looking to add a Client Delivery Partner to our team where you will be joining a cutting-edge team that assists our clients’ attain their business goals. We are looking for an individual that has the depth in the life sciences’ sector and understands the broad range of technology solutions that IQVIA provides its clients.

Mission of the Delivery Partner Role:

The Client Delivery Partner will unify delivery at a major client for all IQVIA, creating more intimacy and understanding of the client across the team. This role is responsible for capturing additional client value through delivery and operational synergies with the unified team. The Client Delivery Partner will conduct ongoing governance and reporting with key client stakeholders to improve the position of IQVIA delivery to the client.

  • Expanded growth at the client due to high quality and impactful delivery and though working with the GTM (Go to Market) teams.

Types of delivery leadership in scope:

  • Data Management : Oversee, regulate, and leverage data to bolster business operations and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Data Warehousing : Design and employ a data repository for the purpose of reporting and analyzing data.

  • Cloud-Based Data Processing : Utilize cloud platforms for data storage, management, and processing to centralize resources, enhance business agility and scalability, reduce expenses, and facilitate collaboration.

  • Data Analytics : Uncover, interpret, and convey significant trends in data, and utilize these insights for effective decision-making.

  • Research and Investigation : Undertake systematic exploration and examination of materials and sources to ascertain facts and derive new insights.

  • Business Consultation : Offer expert guidance to aid organizations in enhancing their performance, primarily through the diagnosis of existing business challenges and the formulation of improvement strategies.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.

  • At least 7 – 10 years’ experience in the life sciences’ sector.

  • Expert knowledge in Data Management and Data Analytics.

  • Experience with Program Management\Project Management.

  • Experience managing a large team, both onsite and offsite.

  • Ability to travel to client site on an as needed basis.

  • Account Management experience with a Fortune 500 Company.

  • Ability to interact with senior business leaders (Functional) and various members of the delivery team (Technical).

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $138,500.00 - $257,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
