Licensed Operator Initial Simulator Operator/Instructor

System One is currently seeking a Licensed Operator Initial Simulator Operator/Instructor on a 17 month contract position located in Waynesboro, GA.

Simulator Operator/Instructor Responsibilities:

• Office setting working fully out of Training Center at the plant.

• Will split time between office (20%), in the unit (<10%) and simulator (70%)

  Simulator Operator/Instructor Requirements:

• Experience with simulator instruction and operation.

• Knowledge of the systematic approach to training and accredited/Ops training programs (SAT and ADDIE).

• Former Instructor experience or qualification preferred, OR former SRO License with operator mentoring/training interface experience acceptable.

• PWR Operations experience a plus.

• Experience with Microsoft Office products required.

• Vision software a plus.

• PPE equipment is required.
