What you will do:

As the Product Manager for Hygienic Air Handling Units (AcuAir) and Frick Penthouse Evaporators (FPHE), you will be responsible for leading the overall product strategy, growth, and life cycle management of these products for Industrial Refrigeration (IR) within the HVACR PBU of Johnson Controls Global Products. This role provides an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced high performing dynamic environment. You will be working and collaborating closely with various stakeholders such as engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, suppliers, and customers.

This position is based in JCI's Waynesboro PA factory. Hybrid may be considered with minimum 2 days presence required in the factory.

How you will do it: Be the product champion for the assigned products for North America market, leading the strategy, growth, and product life cycle management. Developing and owning long range business planning Maintaining, and updating product roadmaps, setting project priorities, improving sales tools and literature Driving appropriate actions based on product performance. Launch of new products based on voice of customer, market trends and regulations. Ensuring accountability for various programs delivering on-growth, on-budget, and on-time metrics Developing business cases and supporting capital appropriation requests Collaborating closely with key constituents cross functionally to deliver results. Representing Johnson Controls in industry associations and events, providing thought leadership.

What you will need:

Required Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or marketing. 3-5 years' experience in product management or equivalent for air handling equipment Understanding of product development (new product introduction) process and demonstrated execution from voice of customer to new product launch. Strong customer engagement Interpersonal skills and proven strong collaboration with diverse cross functional teams Approximately 10% Travel, as necessary.

Preferred MBA or other graduate-level degree Technical understanding and practical applications of hygienic air handling units and penthouse evaporators. Knowledge of HVACR equipment Demonstrated industry engagement and thought leadership, and participation in industry trade associations.
