We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team located in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling various accounting related tasks, from processing loan applications to maintaining precise records.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process loan applications and support loan-related tasks.

• Organize and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently.

• Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry tasks and record maintenance.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary.

• Leverage accounting experience to contribute to the team's overall efficiency and productivity.

• Apply attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring the precision and reliability of data.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.

• Experience in data entry tasks, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and data analysis tools.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
