Job Description:
The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations during their shift, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to handle fast-paced situations, and a commitment to delivering quality service.
Essential duties for Shift Managers may include, but are not limited to the following:
Leads Quickserve Hospitality quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management.
Assist with creating and implementing plans that ensures flawless execution of Quickserve Hospitality standards.
Accepts payments form guests and makes change correctly.
Explains menu and answer product questions for all guests.
Bending, kneeling, standing and lifting (up to approximately 25 lbs. as necessary).
Requirements:
