Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on individual to help us develop our core technology by contributing to our Equipment Maintenance Team . In this role, individuals will work directly with our Operations team, to design, troubleshoot, and repair our production equipment. The successful applicant will be comfortable with hands-on work as well as detailed mechanical design.

This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV. Relocation assistance is available.

What you'll do:

• Develop novel solutions to challenging manufacturing problems

• Collaborate with process and controls engineers in the start-up and debugging effort for manufacturing equipment and processes at new production sites

• Design, modify, and troubleshoot equipment, lead equipment specification and design reviews

• Develop novel solutions to challenging manufacturing problems 

• Be a champion for safety

   

What you'll bring:

• 3 years of experience in Mechanical or electrical engineering field

• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD), Solidworks experience preferred 

• Automation experience a plus

• BS required in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
