AAR Administrative Assistant, Customer Service in WELLINGTON, Kansas

SUMMARY

Responsible for aiding the Customer Service Manager. Review orders for accuracy, develop reports, complete special projects, and assist with managing customer profiles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage supervisors’ calendar and independently schedules appointments.

· Correspondence and responds independently when possible.

· Assisting customers by phone, email or chat

· Prepare exchange agreements

· Manage complaints to the correct CSR to improve customer satisfaction.

· Act as custodian of documents and records for customer profiles

· Maintain organizational files and records.

· Assist in monitoring customer accounts- due dates, exchange opportunities, missed TAT, status reports, working directly with the shop technicians, stock room and other departments as needed.

· Running CQ Reports from ERP system

· Order incoming/delivery – Providing receipt of order and shipment details to the customer, assist with end user forms, shipping instructions, payment inquiries and commercial invoices.

· All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Typing 60 wpm - PC literate: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
